Refund Policy

JerryTeeter.com is committed to transparency in our business practices. This refund policy outlines how refunds are granted and issued.

General Terms

The service offered is consulting time and advice from an industry expert.  As such, refunds will only be given on case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Jerry Teeter. 

No refunds will be given for "no-show" of buyer to the appointment.  "No show" is defined as not showing up to the booked appointment within the first 5 minutes of the appointment.  If buyer experiences technical difficulties, the direct cell phone of Jerry Teeter is provided in the booking information and it is the buyers responsibility to notify Jerry Teeter via text or call within that 5 minute window of any technical issues.  Failure to login to the video call within that 5 minute window will result in Buyer forfeiting the fee paid.

If Jerry Teeter fails to show up for scheduled appointment, Buyer will be given the option to re-schedule or receive a full refund.  Buyer must screenshot their screen showing the open Google Meet window along with the Date/Time in the icon bar of their computer as proof.

Appointment re-scheduling is permitted up until 3-hours prior to scheduled appointment.



Changes to Refund Policy

JerryTeeter.com reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our website after any changes are made indicates your acceptance of the new refund policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes; all the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
